Despite decades of U.S. government and academic efforts to increase STEM skills, American students remain underserved by STEM programs that neglect essential industrial technologies. This presentation will discuss the current STEM crisis facing our nation, and outline five critical keys of a well-balanced, fully integrated STEM program to empower educators committed to preparing students for post-secondary STEM education and/or STEM careers.
